1. Right to Cancel and Refund

14-Day Cancellation: As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase of credits and request a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase (completion of the transaction) without giving any reason.
Condition for Refund: The full value of the purchase will only be reimbursed if none of the purchased credits have been used, redeemed, or spent to acquire any service or resources.

2. Exception to the Right to Cancel (Used Credits)

The right to cancel and receive a refund does not apply to the extent that the digital service has been rendered.

If any portion of the purchased pack of credits has been used or redeemed to access any of our services, the purchase is considered consumed, and the entire sale is **final and non-refundable**.

Rationale: Usage of credits constitutes the commencement of the service and acquiring the benefit of the digital content, which forfeits the right to a refund, in line with consumer protection exceptions.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing or using the credits you purchased, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will provide guidance, credit replacement, or account troubleshooting where feasible, provided the credits were not used.

4. General Provisions

All refunds are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record, at their sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, as outlined in the Paddle Buyer Terms.
